Understairs Wine Storage Surrey

After being contacted by the client, we worked closely with them to design a bespoke understairs wine storage solution that would maximise the available space while complementing the style of their Surrey home. The brief was to create a functional and visually impressive understairs wine cellar that met their exact requirements for wine storage, spirit storage, display space and feature lighting.

To ensure the finished installation blended seamlessly with the existing interior, the custom wine storage units were designed to match the oak finishes already present throughout the property. The design incorporated dedicated wine rack storage, shelving for spirits and integrated LED lighting to create a striking focal point within the home.

Once the design was approved, all components were handcrafted in our Surrey workshop. The bespoke wine racks and cabinetry were carefully constructed, stained and finished before being prepared for installation.

The installation process was completed with precision to ensure a perfect fit beneath the staircase. A finishing plinth, custom trims and detailed scribing were used throughout, allowing the wine storage system to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding walls and ceiling. These finishing details help create the high-end appearance expected from a luxury understairs wine storage installation.

Integrated LED lighting was installed throughout the wine display, with all wiring concealed from view to maintain a clean and contemporary finish. The lighting is controlled via remote control, allowing the client to showcase their wine collection and create the perfect ambience at the touch of a button.

The completed understairs wine cellar has transformed an unused area of the home into a stunning feature, providing practical wine storage, spirit display and a beautiful focal point for entertaining.
